WEDNESDAY
capped off our 8hr drive & kicked off our vaca by taking advantage of the many pubs in the financial district before dinner.

sf's version of umami burger? all the same, however, burger bar offers truffle mayo on the side, and that is what life should be about.

THURSDAY
sausalito in a nutshell = mothernature farting her ass off on your face so hard you can't even stand still w/o slightly tipping over. remedy: sit indoors & eat. durr.
corned beef hash
runny yolk and fresh creme fraiche? sold.
i felt cafe hipster & my drinking cup had the best view of the bay so all was well in tubbytard land.

FRIDAY
only open on business days&hours, literal hole in the wall of an establishment. so small there wasn't even space to sit/stand/guard yourself from the rain.
corned beef with cabbage, Russian dvressing and Swiss cheese
LONZA: rosemary pork loin with celery root, endive, and apples, spicy homemade mustard
simple but omg-worthy.

haight&ashbury: hippie town with no such thing as a restroom without purchasing anything. naturally we chose to buy food for a key to the toilet.

lesson learned: anything food network verified is no bueno.
